1. Download ‘Halloween’
2.Download ScriptHook V http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
3. Using winRAR open the ScriptHook .rar file and Copy ScriptHookV.dll and dinput8.dll to the game’s main folder, i.e. where GTA5.exe is located.
4. Using winRAR open the HalloweenMenu.rar file and copy the .asi file to the game’s main folder, i.e. where GTA5.exe is located.
5. Launch The game (Story Mode, not ONLINE ) and once In the Game.
